- Proactively manage and deliver specialist and complex change projects, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Provide expert guidance on complex service transformation, including organizational change, TUPE, redundancy, restructures, and early retirements, ensuring compliance with current legislation and best practice.
- Assess high-level risk options in relation to change, presenting these options in a clear and concise manner to enable informed decision-making.
- Take a lead role in developing policies and procedures that align with current legislation and best practice, ensuring consistency and compliance across the organization.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with trade unions to resolve individual cases and facilitate effective consultation on people-related solutions.
- Interpret statistics and performance indicators to inform business planning, staff management, and decision-making across the area of responsibility.
- Monitor trends in employment practices and advise on proactive measures to mitigate risks and improve employee relations.
- Coach, train, and develop managers in best practice employee relations and softer skills, ensuring a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in employee relations, HR consulting, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and interpretive skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
