  • Coach, train, and develop managers in best practice employee relations and softer skills, ensuring a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in employee relations, HR consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and interpretive skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
