Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Mid-Market Account Managers to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Attract, hire, and retain high-performing talent with a focus on learning and growth
  • Drive a high-performance culture to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Coach, manage, and develop sellers with a focus on continual learning and skill-gap improvement
  • Develop processes that scale and drive consistent execution across the team
  • Monitor sales pipeline, activity, and forecasts to adapt to changing conditions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading a team of Account Managers with success in a competitive Mid-Market segment
  • Ability to identify areas of opportunity, recommend solutions, and implement sales initiatives
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business, sharing insights and recommendations to drive growth
  • Analytical Sales Leader with strong experience using data to drive decision-making
  • Ability to communicate complex information and processes in a clear and concise manner
