We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Coordinator at Novotel Birmingham Airport. As a key member of the housekeeping team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service in our hotel rooms.

Job Summary
  • Salary: £13.45 per hour
  • Hours: Guaranteed hours each week

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you'll have the chance to develop your skills and experience working in a hotel setting. You'll have opportunities for career progression and professional development, as well as access to an annual training allowance of up to £10,000.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Cleaning guest rooms to the hotel's high standards
  2. Replenishing linen and guest supplies
  3. Providing a great guest experience through excellent communication and customer service skills
  4. Reporting any maintenance faults and dealing with lost property
  5. Ensuring all appliances, fixtures and fittings are safe and meet regulations
