Customer Experience Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Front Office team as a Customer Experience Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering world-class customer experiences and ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and optimize guest experience.
  • Act as a secondary point of contact for guests, handling complaints and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
Compensation:

A competitive salary of £25,836.72 per annum, plus up to 10% quarterly bonus based on Front Office KPIs.
