As a Support Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering rehabilitation and employment training and education support to individuals and groups within our Activity Hub.

About You
  • You have experience working with offenders or those disaffected and marginalized from mainstream services, with a strong understanding of the issues affecting rehabilitation and desistance from crime.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, able to build rapport and establish trust with participants from diverse backgrounds.
  • You are able to work in a target-driven environment, with a focus on achieving successful outcomes for participants and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
