Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver interventions, building supportive relationships to guide participants through their rehabilitation and personal development.
  • Facilitate interactive group sessions to enhance participants' skills and confidence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to job-match and broker employment opportunities, supporting participants in securing and sustaining employment.
  • Document all interventions, progress, and participant outcomes to ensure seamless coordination of further activities and support.

We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
