Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive IPS Employment Specialist to support individuals with mental health conditions and other complex barriers to secure and sustain competitive employment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of clients, engaging with local employers to secure competitive employment opportunities, and providing in-work support for up to six months post-placement to ensure a successful transition and retention in employment.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in employment support, ideally within the IPS model, with a track record of helping individuals with mental health conditions secure and sustain employment. A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are also required due to the nature of this role.
