About the RoleThe Lead Facilitator will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging sessions that promote learning, creativity, and physical activity. You should be confident in your ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver engaging sessions for pre-school children and their families or adults
- Lead activities that promote learning, creativity, and physical activity
- Develop and maintain relationships with community groups and organizations
We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role also offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and passionate team, making a real difference in the lives of people and wildlife in Lancashire.
