About the Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support, ensuring that all client interactions are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and clients">
  • Maintaining client relationships e.g. informing them on the progress of a claim and taking new instructions over the phone and via email">
  • Maintaining case files and following office procedures">
  • Accurately logging comprehensive details of the claim">
  • Uploading jobs to the company database">
  • Planning routes nationwide">
  • Ensuring client's portals are kept up to date regularly">

What You'll Need: To succeed in this role, you will require proven Customer Service experience, CRM experience, and competent daily use of Microsoft Office and Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent attention to detail and accuracy, are also essential. The estimated salary for this role is around £26,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
