Key Responsibilities:
  1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries is a primary responsibility.
  2. Maintaining accurate records and case files is crucial for this position.
  3. The successful applicant will work closely with managers to ensure client relationships are maintained and all records are logged effectively.
  4. Uploading jobs to the company database and planning routes nationwide are also important tasks.
Working Arrangements:
  • This role is based Monday to Friday.
  • The salary for this position is up to £26,000, dependent on experience.
Your Skills:
  • You should have a strong background in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail are required for this role.
