We are looking for an Administrative Support professional to join our team at Austin Fraser in Rugeley. As a Full-Time Customer Experience Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the smooth-running of businesses.
Key Responsibilities:- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries is a primary responsibility.
- Maintaining accurate records and case files is crucial for this position.
- The successful applicant will work closely with managers to ensure client relationships are maintained and all records are logged effectively.
- Uploading jobs to the company database and planning routes nationwide are also important tasks.
- This role is based Monday to Friday.
- The salary for this position is up to £26,000, dependent on experience.
- You should have a strong background in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is essential.
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail are required for this role.
