Guest Services Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Supervisor to join our team at Valor Hospitality Europe. As a Guest Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and leading a team of hospitality professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues related to room inventory.
  • Lead a team of hospitality professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality performance.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the front desk area, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably in a supervisory or management position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of hospitality professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
