Sales and Partnerships Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Partnerships Specialist to join our team at the South West International Development Network. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in identifying suitable businesses and other organizations to donate their used IT equipment.

Your enthusiasm and skills will lead you to persuade them to donate their used IT equipment, and arrange the collection of the equipment. You will work closely with our marketing personnel to coordinate the donation process and ensure a smooth transition.

As a Sales and Partnerships Specialist, you will have the full range of sales skills, including a positive attitude, initiative, an engaging manner, experience of cold calling by phone, relationship building, creation of a pipeline, good diary management, excellent communication externally and internally, good written English, use of a CRM system, knowledge of Microsoft Office, and co-ordination with Marketing personnel.

The ideal candidate will have the confidence to guide donors comfortably from first contact to completion and then on to a long-term relationship. They will also be willing to find solutions for organizations and have a strong ability to persuade others to support our cause.

This is a part-time position, with 2.00 days per week available, paid at £28,000-£32,000 full-time equivalent, depending on experience. Holidays: 28 days per annum to include Bank and Public Holidays (pro-rata for part-time). Pension: Subject to eligibility.
