About the Job

MWH Treatment is an integrated design and build provider working in the water sector, with over 1,000 staff across eight regional centres. We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join our Construction team, who can lead and direct site teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently.

The successful candidate will have experience in the Water/Waste Water Treatment Industry and hold recognised Civil Engineering/Site Management Qualifications, including IOSH or Construction Managers Safety Certificate, CSCS Site Manager (Min), and First Aid at Work certification.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage site teams to ensure HSQE standards are met.
  • Coordinate the safe management of operational activities on projects.
  • Achieve cost-conscious management through efficient resource utilisation.
  • Prepare and review scheme programmes.
  • Develop and maintain method statements and risk assessments.
  • Deliver 'as constructed' records to the CDMC.
  • Participate in training sessions for site management duties.
