About the Role">

We are looking for a highly skilled Water Industry Documentation Expert to join our team at Thames Water. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of client-side document management under the direction of the Senior Information Manager.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage and safeguard project documentation, ensuring compliance with information production methods and procedures. You will work closely with the Senior Information Manager to develop and implement a Document Management Plan, maintaining project CDE tools and conducting quality assurance of documentation.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of information management practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Previous experience managing small teams of document controllers is essential.

Our company offers a competitive salary of up to £55,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience. We provide 26 days' holiday per year increasing to 30 with length of service, contributory pension, personal medical assessments, and a wider benefits scheme.
