The Role

We are seeking a skilled Clean Water Enforcement Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in protecting our clean water network by identifying and addressing illegal standpipe use.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong enforcement background and excellent communication skills to make a real difference in our community.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Targeting areas known for illegal standpipe use and engaging with offenders to educate and ensure compliance
  • Gathering evidence to support court proceedings, adhering to CPIA, PACE, and Water Industry Act governance
  • Providing customer and stakeholder liaison, delivering educational presentations, and reporting on findings
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in enforcement, with a focus on gathering evidence and preparing court files
  • An ability to self-manage workload, time management, and be self-motivated, with excellent reporting and management skills
  • Confident in delivering presentations to internal and external stakeholders, with good IT/MS Office skills
  • Prior experience in the Water Industry is beneficial but not essential
