About the Job

Thames Water seeks a talented Corporate Ethics Specialist to join our team.

As a Corporate Ethics Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of ethics and integrity within our organisation.

You will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations of alleged fraud, dishonesty, and ethical matters arising from Speak Up reports or our pro-active programme.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to incidents across the Thames Water region, identifying cases where investigations may lead to a successful outcome.
  • Interviewing contractors in their own environment.
  • Gathering evidence under challenging circumstances and representing Thames Water in a professional manner.
  • Conducting detailed analysis of company data to provide evidence supporting investigations.

In addition to your investigative skills, you will need good Excel skills and the ability to quickly learn and use internal and external investigation tools to a high level.

Benefits and Salary

This role comes with a competitive salary of £52,000 - £57,000 per annum depending on experience.

Other benefits include 26 days holiday per year increasing to 30 with length of service (plus bank holidays).

A contributory pension - Defined Contribution - Maximum of 12% - 2x employee contribution is also offered.
