- Install, configure, and maintain software applications used by the company.

- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new software solutions.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support and administration.
- Any relevant IT certification would be a benefit.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 administration.
- Some knowledge of ERP systems would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols.
- Experience with virtualization technologies.
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages.
- Some experience with the Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Awareness/knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
