  • Maintain and update IT documentation, including inventory of hardware and software assets.
  • Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in monitoring and troubleshooting system and network issues.
  • Participate in the management of the company's infrastructure, including servers, networks, printers, and endpoints.
  • Install, configure, and maintain software applications used by the company.
  • Provide support and training for software applications to ensure effective utilization.
  • Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new software solutions.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support and administration.
  • Any relevant IT certification would be a benefit.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 administration.
  • Some knowledge of ERP systems would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies.
  • Basic knowledge of scripting languages.
  • Some experience with the Microsoft Power Platform tools.
  • Awareness/knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
