About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Guardian Homecare Limited. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safer and supported lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence.
  2. Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
  3. Follow individual care plans and support clients with their medication.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be resilient, willing to learn new skills, and able to develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team. You don't need any social care experience, but you must have a genuine passion for caring for others.
