We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Care Support Workers. As a Home Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and companionship to our clients in their own homes.

 

Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, managing medications, and providing emotional support and companionship to our clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to our management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming
  • Manage medications and maintain accurate records
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Maintain accurate records and report any concerns or issues
