Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour with additional benefits including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, paid training and shadowing, uniform and PPE provided, Death in Service Payment, pension scheme, benefits and well-being platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, cycle to work scheme, and eligibility for Blue Light Card with access to discounts nationwide.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our close-knit team as a dedicated home support worker. You will be responsible for supporting clients with their daily needs, assisting with personal care, medication management, shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
No Previous Experience Required
You don't need any social care experience to apply for this role. We're more interested in your compassion, ability to care, resilience, and willingness to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients with their daily needs
- Assist with personal care, medication management, and other tasks
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure excellent care standards
