About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our Night Care and Support Team at Beaumont College. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality personal care and support to our students, promoting their dignity and respect at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide intimate personal care, where required, following robust care plans and protocols that are highly personalised to the individual student.
  • Administer medication, at a person-centred level, as delegated by healthcare professionals.
  • Safeguard the health and wellbeing and safety of our students, reporting any concerns in line with Salutem and Beaumont College policies and procedures.
  • Support and enable students to participate in college and community life, promoting accessible strategies, inclusivity and social models of disability at all times.
  • Develop skills and demonstrate effective communication to ensure that we understand the needs of our students, families and colleagues.
  • Access additional training to create a capable and positive environment to promote positive behaviours.
  • Follow organisational policies and procedures to ensure that the environment is safe, secure and clean.
