IT Support Specialist

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional support to colleagues using IT Service Desk tools.
* Utilise deep knowledge of IT/Cyber security practices to identify and address security threats and breaches effectively.
* Partner with 3rd party suppliers to resolve issues efficiently and ensure seamless operations.
* Apply proven experience in IT resource planning to optimise our IT infrastructure.
* Identify, assess, control, and mitigate operational risks with a strategic approach.

**Technical Skills:**

* Proficient in managing Microsoft Active Directory, Share Point, Exchange Server, and Office 365 (including Microsoft Teams).
* Experienced in MS Windows 10 desktop and application support.
* Exceptional diagnostic, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
* Skilled in the support and configuration of tablets, laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
* Competent in using Remote Control Software/VPN.
