Sales Development Representative Opportunity

We are excited to announce a new opening for a Sales Development Representative to join our team at Addition+. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and helping us achieve our business objectives.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.

About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, scheduling meetings or product demonstrations, and maintaining accurate records of all sales activities. You will work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop strategies to address these needs.

Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth through effective lead generation and conversion. You will be expected to utilize your excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with potential clients and close deals.

Key Accountabilities
  • Generate new leads through targeted prospecting efforts
  • Qualify potential leads to ensure alignment with our business goals
  • Schedule meetings or product demonstrations with key decision-makers
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system
Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a phone-based selling role
  • A proven track record of booking demos with potential leads
  • Previous experience in software sales, SaaS sales, or IT services is desirable
  • High energy, personable, and driven to achieve results
  • Motivated by success and financial rewards
  • Able to commute to Loughton 4 days a week
