Sales Performance Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Sales Development:
- Prospecting: Identify and generate new leads through effective prospecting techniques.
- Qualification: Assess potential leads to ensure alignment with our products or services.
- Meeting Scheduling: Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for our sales representatives or account managers.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in our CRM system.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a phone-based selling role

- Motivated by success and financial rewards
- Able to commute to Loughton 4 days a week
