Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in Loughton. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads, qualifying potential clients, and scheduling meetings with our sales representatives or account managers.

About the Role:

  • Salary: £35,000 per annum (plus uncapped commission)
  • Location: Loughton, easily accessible by public transport
  • Work Type: Permanent, 4 days a week

Main Responsibilities:

  1. New Lead Generation: Utilize effective prospecting techniques to identify and generate new leads for our business.
  2. Lead Qualification: Assess potential leads to ensure alignment with our products or services.
  3. Meeting Scheduling: Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for our sales representatives or account managers.
  4. Closed-Loop Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in our CRM system.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a phone-based selling role
  • Proven track record of booking demos with potential leads
  • Prior experience in software sales, SaaS sales, or IT services is desirable
  • High energy, personable, and driven to achieve results
  • Motivated by success and financial rewards
  • Able to commute to Loughton 4 days a week
