About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced HR Generalist to join our team as a Senior People Advisor. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in providing expert guidance and support to managers and employees across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Global HR Process Support: Provide process support and advisory on global HR processes, including ASR, ESES, PDP, talent review, succession planning, and training and support in implementing them regionally or within specified markets.
  • Employment Policy Guidance: Advise managers on employment policies and guidance in their region, based on knowledge of labor law and HR processes in multiple countries within their region.
  • HR Technology Support: Guide employees and managers on the best use of ServiceNow, Workday, available reports, and other supporting technologies and resources.
  • HR Process Participation: Participate actively in HR processes, such as onboarding activities or different people-related campaigns organized in their geographies.
  • HR Policy Development: Contribute actively to develop HR policies, procedures, and documents within their region.
  • Project Participation: Participate in HR projects as relevant and required.
  • Local and Regional Activities: Participate actively in local or regional activities in accordance with the HR agenda.
About You

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with a strong background in global and local regulatory variations, employee relations processes, and case management. You should be proficient in using HR technology, preferably with Workday experience, and have strong English language skills spoken and in writing. Relevant educational background and previous experience from working in a people function or similar relevant experience as a project manager or process expert are also essential.
