Senior People Advisor Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior People Advisor to join our team at QA. As a key member of our People advisory team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and managers in various aspects of employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Engagement
    • Collaborate with external legal partners to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
    • Support Senior People Partners in organizational change processes, including short-term absences, grievance meetings, performance reviews, and restructures.
    • Provide guidance on various scenarios, from performance/disciplinary issues to Employee Tribunal cases.
    • Contribute to the review and enhancement of People policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with employment laws and facilitating implementation throughout the organization.
  • Policy Development
    • Develop and implement effective People policies and procedures that support the organization's goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure policies are up-to-date and compliant with changing employment laws and regulations.
  • Employee Support
    • Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on employee relations matters.
    • Facilitate open communication and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Proven experience in employee relations, preferably in a similar role.
    • Extensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
