Are you a seasoned Fundraising Advisor seeking a significant interim opportunity? Charity People is collaborating with a charitable organization dedicated to providing essential, life-saving support to men in crisis.


Position:
Interim Senior Fundraising Advisor

Type:
Part-time (3-4 days per week)

Location:
Hybrid, with options for fully remote work and occasional office visits during the initial phase.

Compensation:
£382 per day (PAYE), £500 per day (Ltd)

Role Overview:
As an Interim Senior Fundraising Advisor, you will provide essential leadership support to the fundraising team. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing the fundraising operations and ensuring adequate support is available.
  • Collaborating closely with the Head of Fundraising at a strategic level.
  • Advising on enhancing the charity's capacity to achieve fundraising objectives.
  • Consulting on key priority areas to maximize impact.
  • Offering expertise to advance fundraising strategies as the organization evolves into a national entity.
  • Preparing the groundwork for the future permanent Philanthropy Lead.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Extensive experience in a senior fundraising capacity.
  • Previous leadership or consultancy experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive working relationships swiftly.
