Reports To: Head of Fundraising
Premier Christian Communications, a leading Christian media organization in Europe, is on the lookout for a Broadcast Fundraising Coordinator to significantly contribute to our mission of connecting individuals with God through various media channels. In this role, you will spearhead all fundraising initiatives on-air, including the Charity of the Year campaign, collaborating closely with content teams and external advisors to creatively engage our audience. Your responsibilities will include managing appeal resources, mentoring presenters, and ensuring impactful messaging across all platforms. By enhancing Premier's on-air fundraising efforts, you will play a crucial role in helping listeners deepen their Christian faith through media.
If you possess a strong background in fundraising within the media sector, or if you are an adept radio promotions manager with fundraising expertise, this position may be an excellent fit for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational execution of on-air fundraising campaigns, including the preparation of briefing documents, promotional content, and donor incentives.
- Evaluate and implement the use of impactful audio from on-air campaigns, coach presenters during fundraising events, and supervise the On-Air Testimony Producer responsible for securing live donor interactions.
- Act as a vital contributor to Premier's on-air fundraising strategy, managing monthly fundraising messaging, script development, production, and scheduling.
- Generate ideas for audience data collection and oversee the implementation of on-air data capture initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful execution of fundraising campaigns, adherence to regulatory standards, and upholding Premier's commitment to quality and inclusivity.
