Harris Hill Charity Recruitment Specialists is seeking a highly skilled Fundraising Manager to lead our charity's on-air fundraising efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing successful fundraising campaigns that engage our audience and drive donations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute on-air fundraising appeals, including briefing documents, promotional materials, and donation incentives.
- Work closely with content teams and external consultants to creatively engage our audience and deliver successful fundraising campaigns.
- Manage the operational delivery of on-air fundraising efforts, including reviewing and implementing the use of impact audio, coaching presenters during appeals, and overseeing the On-Air Testimony Producer.
- Contribute to the charity's on-air fundraising programme, overseeing monthly on-air fundraising messaging, script writing, production, and traffic scheduling.
- Develop and execute data capture campaigns to capture audience data and inform fundraising strategies.
- Proven experience in fundraising, with a track record of success in delivering successful fundraising campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to work with external consultants and content teams to creatively deliver fundraising campaigns.
- Broad understanding of the Church and a Christian audience.
- Working experience of radio broadcast systems, including creation of clocks in systems such as Zetta.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Photoshop, and other regularly used applications.
- Excellent communication skills, written, oral, and public speaking.
- Full-time, permanent position with 35 hours per week.
- Location: London, with 1 day per week working from home.
