About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Fundraising and PR team as a Support Coordinator. In this role, you will provide administrative and project support to the team, ensuring the smooth delivery of our fundraising and PR strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Fundraising and the FR&PR leadership team, including diary management and delivery of administrative tasks.
  • Lead the onboarding and offboarding process for new team members, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Plan and deliver internal communication projects, including team events and activities.
  • Support the planning, monitoring, and evaluation of team performance, including the development of internal communications initiatives.
  • Liaise with supporters and donors, providing excellent customer service and stewardship.
  • Take on bespoke fundraising and PR projects, working closely with the team to deliver high-impact campaigns.
Person Specification
  • Proven experience in administration, project coordination, and team support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A positive and proactive approach, with a willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in fundraising and PR, with a strong understanding of the charity sector.
