Fundraising & PR Team Associate

This role offers a unique opportunity to support the delivery of the Fundraising & PR team strategy and associated plans. As a Fundraising & PR Team Associate, you will provide administrative and project support across the Fundraising & PR Team, working closely with the Director of Fundraising and FR&PR leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning, monitoring, and evaluation processes across the team, developing tools and assets related to team strategy and plans.
  • Lead the onboarding and offboarding process across the FR&PR team, developing documentation and processes to ensure a positive experience for new starters and leavers.
  • Lead on agreed internal communication projects across the team, ensuring team members are equipped with the information they need to be successful in their roles.
  • Support the planning and delivery of team events and activities, including away days, training, and team engagement activities.
  • Liaise with supporters and provide support on enquiries and complaints, ensuring our dealings with supporters are inspiring, accurate, and managed effectively within agreed timeframes.
Requirements:
  • Experience of coordinating multiple projects, with proven administration, organisational, and time-management skills.
  • Experience of supporting the delivery of fundraising activities and campaigns.
  • Experience of online/social media community management and working on PR or media-focused initiatives.
