About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Strategic Funding efforts as our Interim Head of Strategic Funding and Partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a real difference to the lives of young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our Strategic Funding strategy, working closely with our Chief Fundraising Officer to identify and pursue new funding opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including trusts, foundations, high net worth individuals, and government funders.
  • Manage and motivate a team of fundraising professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of our Strategic Funding goals.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in leading fundraising teams and securing grants and major gifts.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic fundraising plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals.
