About the Role

The Scouts Association is seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of our Strategic Funding efforts. As the Interim Head of Strategic Funding, you will play a critical role in expanding our fundraising capabilities and securing new funding opportunities to support our mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic funding plan to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, partners, and senior colleagues
  • Lead a team of fundraising professionals to achieve strategic funding goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new funding opportunities
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure effective resource allocation
