Location: A short walk from Putney station
Responsible to: CEO
Responsible for: Finance Manager
Are you an experienced Director of Finance who passionate about giving back by working for a charity who does meaningful work by supporting children and young people in fostering?
In this incredibly diverse and busy role you will oversee the day to day operations of the finance team of 4 people whilst working closely with the SLT and the CEO is helping the charity meet its strategy.
Your duties as the interim Director of Finance will include;
Work closely with the CEO, Trustees and sub-committee and provide accurate and timely budgets and financial management informationTo work collaboratively with the SLT and the Board in overseeing the implementation of the charities overall strategyTo lead on audit process, responding to auditors comments and taking necessary corrective actionsLead on financial planning including reserve policyWork closely with the CEO and fundraising to ensure the charity best chance possible at securing contracts and bidsTo ensure the charity is fully compliant with legal and requirements The skills that you will bring to your role as Interim Director of Finance will include; Experience of leading financial operations and strategy of a charityPrior of working knowledge charity governance and complianceRelevant accounting qualifications such as ACCA/CIMAWorking knowledge of collaborating with fundraising to submit bids and contracts If you are interested in applying for the position of Interim Director of Finance through TPP Recruitment then please do so by sending your CV to We want you to have every opportunity to demonstrate your skills, ability and potential; please contact us if you require any assistance or adjustment so that we can help with making the application process work for you.-
