About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Anthony Nolan, a leading stem cell register. As a Senior People Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our leaders and colleagues across the organization, providing expert advice and guidance on people-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including absence, disciplinary, and grievance investigations.
  • Advise and coach managers on the application and interpretation of people policies and procedures.
  • Support the management of employee relations cases, including probation, performance improvement, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and managers within the wider people team to provide information, support, and guidance on people-related matters.
  • Deliver bitesize training sessions on people-related topics to divisional teams.
  • Support the analysis and interpretation of people data to inform business decisions.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders.

Requirements

  • Experience of working in a People/HR Team in an Advisor, Senior Advisor, Generalist, or equivalent role.
  • Strong experience of advising and supporting managers on employee relations matters, including absence, disciplinary, and grievance investigations.
  • Experience in analyzing employee data and producing reports to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and managers at all levels.
