We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at The Jetty Salcombe, a prestigious restaurant within the Harbour Hotel brand. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of kitchen hygiene and HACCP compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement menus that showcase the best of local, seasonal produce
- Lead a high-performing kitchen team, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service and quality
- Collaborate with our training team to develop and implement training programs for the kitchen brigade
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards
