We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at The Jetty Salcombe, a renowned restaurant within the Harbour Hotel brand.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional culinary experiences for our guests, while maintaining the highest standards of kitchen hygiene and HACCP compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase the best of local, seasonal produce
