We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Rehabilitation Support Worker to join our team at the Neuro Rehabilitation Centre at Goole. Our centre provides specialist rehabilitation services for adults with acquired brain injury and other neurological conditions.
As a Rehabilitation Support Worker, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Your duties will include providing support to patients with individual needs, enabling them to lead a full and valued life, and contributing to a patient-centred environment.
Main Duties of the Job

- Assessing and planning patient care to meet individual needs
