**Opportunity to Make a Real Difference in Young People's Lives**

We're looking for a Support Worker to join our Children's Residential team in a weekend-only role. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in providing care and support to our young people, helping them to build confidence and develop life skills.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you'll be responsible for:

  • Meeting the needs of the children and young people in line with OFSTED regulations
  • Helping to organise and facilitate social activities with our young people
  • Assisting with daily tasks, such as laundry, household chores, and meal preparation
  • Attending and participating in team meetings to share ideas and best practice
  • Working closely with our clinical team and local authorities

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone who is passionate about working with young people and has a positive, caring attitude. You'll need to be able to provide a high level of support and care, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate starting at £11.92 per hour
  • £30 sleep-in rate

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have a full UK driving licence and be able to work every Saturday and Sunday, with one sleep-in shift on either Saturday or Sunday night.

Full training and support will be provided, and we're happy to consider applicants who don't have direct experience working with children or in health and social care.
