About this role:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Residential Children's Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and supportive environment for our young people.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with clinical and local authorities to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to our young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and welcoming living environment, adhering to OFSTED regulations and maintaining high standards of care.
  • Attend team meetings and participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driving licence.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including sleep ins, on a rota basis.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in a related field (desirable but not essential).
