About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Children's Residential Support Worker. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people.

As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met. You will work closely with our clinical team and local authorities to provide a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet the needs of children and young people in line with OFSTED regulations
  • Organise and facilitate social activities, such as days out, community work, and holidays
  • Contribute to the day-to-day running of the home, including laundry, housekeeping, shopping, meal preparation, and other tasks
  • Attend and participate in team meetings, sharing ideas and best practices
  • Work closely with our clinical team and local authorities
Requirements

We are looking for individuals who possess life skills and have experience working with children or in health and social care. However, full training and support will be provided. A full UK driving license is required due to the location and nature of the work.
