No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role. As a Support Worker, your day will be filled with variety, from socialising and attending community activities to providing physical support and assisting with life skills. You will work closely with our service users to develop and implement individual support plans, promoting their independence and well-being.
