Commercial Relationship Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth in Aviva Investors' assets under management and revenues through strategic partnerships with global distributors.
This role involves working closely with the Distribution Senior Leadership Team to develop and execute the commercial strategy for these partnerships, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
The individual will be accountable for achieving commercial targets and will serve as the primary point of contact for all aspects of the relationships, fostering strong partnerships and delivering business results.
Key responsibilities will include building relationships with key stakeholders across the business to optimize client coverage and commercial success, as well as contributing to the Product Development process by bringing new ideas and initiatives to ensure the company's commercial product suite remains effective and competitive in target markets.
The role requires a high level of regulatory awareness and compliance, with the individual being responsible for ensuring all actions align with relevant regulations and requirements.
As a Senior Manager under the Financial Conduct Authority/Prudential Regulation Authority's Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR), the individual will be required to undergo regulatory background checks and annual assessments to ensure they remain 'fit and proper' and competent to carry out their role.
