About the Job

We are looking for a Commercial Relationship Expert to join our team at SwiftXccess. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managed services and project delivery, with a focus on B2B relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage client relationships through effective QBRs and identify opportunities to add value.
  2. Work with practices to meet commercial targets and exceed them by collaborating with the sales team.
  3. Develop a clear understanding of services' overall value delivery throughout the delivery process.
  4. Be the first point of contact for issues or escalations and use best practices to resolve them.

Requirements:

  • A good understanding of managed services and project delivery with a commercial background in B2B relationships.
  • Previous experience in managing direct client relationships and conflict resolution.
  • Experience in working in a metrics-driven environment and presenting customer delivery progress.
  • A person who takes pride in building relationships with customers and leading growth in those accounts.
  • Commercially driven with experience in managing and meeting commercial targets.

What We Offer

A competitive salary package, including an estimated £65,000 - £85,000 per year, depending on experience.
