Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Graduate Psychologist to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs in a supportive Secondary School in Redbridge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students with special educational needs.
  • Provide individualized support to students, using your knowledge of psychology to help them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting the well-being and mental health of all students.
