Resident Engagement Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking a Resident Engagement Manager to join our team at CV-Library in Maidstone, Kent. As a key member of our social care department, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging experiences for residents across all units in the home.
You will work closely with the community to develop effective relationships, promoting the home through strong external links and ensuring regulatory and statutory requirements are met.
The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering high-quality relationship-centered care, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging experiences, meeting the needs of resident groups.
- Lead on the design, development, and implementation of the home newsletter.
- Build strong external links within the local community.
- Organise local charity events.
- Work with the care team to ensure risk assessments are completed.
- NVQ HSC level 3 or QCF HSC award 3 (or higher).
- Experience of working with older people.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent leadership skills.
