About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Activity Development Manager to join our team at RCH Care Homes. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging activities for residents in line with principles of relationship-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality activities that cater to diverse resident needs and interests.
  • Work closely with care teams to ensure risk assessments are completed for all outings and activities within the home.
  • Maintain open communication channels with the Head of Sales and Marketing to share good news stories and promote the home's events.
  • Foster strong community links through local charity events and partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • NVQ HSC level 3 or QCF HSC award 3 (or higher) in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience working with older adults, including those with dementia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data management.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
