Activities Team Supervisor

£15.75 per hour plus company benefits, with an estimated salary of approximately £31,500 - £35,400 per annum.

Job Summary

This role involves supervising and coordinating activities, volunteer programs, and community initiatives within our Cinnamon Home. You will work closely with our Activity Coordinator to achieve excellent outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead activities that enhance residents' quality of life.
  • Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to establish a volunteer base.
  • Manage and supervise the activities team, focusing on teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Organize events and create a monthly activity schedule.
  • Promote activities effectively through our online presence.
  • Monitor activities budget and ensure responsible financial management.
  • Conduct assessments to identify residents' social needs and develop tailored activity plans.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in team management or supervision.
  • Level 3 (QCF) Supporting Activities Provision qualification.
  • NAPA qualifications advantageous.
  • Knowledge of planning and delivering activities for diverse resident groups.
  • Excellent IT skills and ability to use various software applications.
  • Fully qualified driver with a clean license for minibus duties.
