Job Description

This role involves coordinating and managing activities, volunteer programs, and community outreach initiatives within our Cinnamon Home. You will work closely with our Activity Coordinator to deliver exceptional results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement engaging activities that cater to diverse resident needs.
  • Build relationships with local stakeholders to secure volunteers and resources.
  • Lead and manage the activities team, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
  • Organize special events and produce a monthly activity calendar.
  • Effectively promote activities through our website and social media channels.
  • Ensure activities stay within budget parameters.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to develop personalized activity plans for residents.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven team leadership experience.
  • Level 3 (QCF) Supporting Activities Provision qualification.
  • NAPA qualifications preferred.
  • Knowledge of delivering activities for residents with varied requirements.
  • Proficient in using IT systems and software.
  • Valid driver's license for minibus duties.
